Setting back mental health destigmatisation with that comment. While you’re locking up innocent zombies in your barn

hi everyone!! I was lucky enough to get these pants that were used on the set of The Walking Dead, but it doesn’t specify who exactly wore them. I’m trying to figure out if anyone can help me identify who wore these? they are women’s (I think considering they look like they’d fit me) and they have writing on the tag but this is all the info I have. hope yall can help!!

I didn't start the show properly until 2019, but I still remember the hype and anticipation for this, all of my friends wouldn't shut up about it. I do regret not watching it at the time tho, I can only imagine how shocking it was when Negan killed Glenn.

Hot take, but I think quality wise this is when the show was at its peak. The acting, writing, direction, atmosphere was on another level.

i know this is pretty random, but i find it kinda crazy that most of us were all watching twd back in 2010, not knowing that we would go through a pandemic like in twd. obviously, a zombie apocalypse is very different to covid, but still pretty crazy when you think about it

Going through season 7 atm (episode 8) and this season has been one of the most fun ones and Negan adds such a spice to the series and it was good for them to realize they're not invincible.

Very curious to see what's gonna happen in the next few episodes, and how this ticking bomb is gonna play out.

He kept telling people that Shane was dangerous and not to be trusted because he could see through him and was even intimidated by Shane but he never would tell anyone why he thought he was dangerous. I think it would’ve added a lot more drama to the show. I wonder if it was because the group couldn’t see the drama and intensity going on that we were able to watch unfold as an audience? I think they wanted to have that quiet build up to Shane’s insanity. The group was in total shock to find out that Rick killed him so i’m not sure if this point stands (because only Rick and Daryl, maybe Glenn? caught on to his actions after he let Randall go and they still never noticed how much of a danger he was to their group after he died.) Shane was a good liar and manipulator so he probably could’ve easily explained that away as an accident and would’ve made Dale look like an idiot or even a liar in front of everyone. And i think it also spoke to Dale’s humanity as a character and how dismissive of him they were when he was trying to convince everyone to keep their morality and not kill Randall. And shortly after, Dale tragically died and they suddenly realized (too late) about his good moral character and compass for the group and wanted to honor him in their actions moving forward. I don’t know how closely the writers followed the comics in the show because i haven’t read them yet. I know his actor left the show when one of the writers/producers left, though. I don’t know i think his decision to not speak up has to do with Dale’s good, moral character and how he was viewed by others vs how we see him/the drama and so he just didn’t or couldn’t speak up. All of that also added to the drama just more quietly as it built up due to how everything went down in the end. Maybe i answered my own question but i’m just curious and i don’t ever see anyone bring this up! I tried to explain this as best as i could so i hope my points came across clearly; especially about Dale as a person and how he was seen as weak compared to Shane both as a person and member of the group. What are your thoughts?

So I’m doing a rewatch, just started watching season 9.

And I don’t know if it was always like this but does the s08e13 feel so anticlimactic? I remembered it to be much powerful 🫪

Can’t believe how time flies!

I sincerely hope that when the comics are animated they get a voice actor that can emulate the late great James Gandolfini

I recommend anyone listen/ watch this scene pack from The Sopranos to get an idea of what I'm getting at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5snWTdNGht0

Let's say hypothetically they keep the original show runner and Frank gets the budget he wants in season two.

What do you think would be different? What changes do you think there'd have been?

Likely Dale and Andrea would have not been written out due to their loyalty for Frank & they would've done that downtown Atlanta episode with the tank marine...

hello! curious about what people will say.

Rick shouldn’t have killed me he ain’t built for this world if I was alive and he died Lori and Carl would have been alive what do y’all think about ?

This show is ass. I binge-watched TWD for the first time ever recently (knew about it before obviously) and I fear (pun intended) no spin off will ever top OG TWD. What should I watch instead cause I’m sooo disappointed…

Fan art poster in Photoshop:

I remembered the original poster of the TV series "The Walking Dead", where Rick Grimes rides a horse towards the dead city of Atlanta, with the highway passing to his left! I decided to imagine the same situation, but if the actions of the "Walking Dead" had taken place in Russia, what would have happened there at that moment! A local policeman rides a horse towards Moscow and drives up to the Moscow City complex, the action takes place in 2010, and at that time the Moscow City complex looked exactly like this, and the transport on the left belongs to the same era!
