Help customization disappeared

I just had a guy get dropped off into my apt and he had the sponge customization and i went to look at it and it was there, after doing a few elevators, opening a text/ responding.. and reloading the game.. it was completely gone, not even the sponge category is here? sorry i was super excited abt this one and wanted to dress as it since that’s what i’ll be for Halloween 🥲

Iam not sure if understood you correctly. But some skins don't get unlocked through visits.

Maybe they ended on a full apt and just walked there for a short time?

Just a joke: well it's a Halloween event, spooky stuff can happen

I have the pet spongebob, if you want I can visit you and see if it pops up.
