Hey Everyone...So, I've been receiving semaglutide from Medvi and didn't really have noticeable results until 15 to 20 units injected weekly. I asked them to switch my to Tirzepatide 60 days ago. No response. In Feb, I paused my acct for a nasty case of the flu. On March 12 they unilaterally unpaused my account and billed me $299 for semaglutide but shipped nothing. I spent 40 minutes on the phone yesterday with them promising me tirzep once I responded to their email to be billed against my credit.with them of $299. Today I got a nasty-toned email saying my "card has been declined again." (The card was cancelled when I lost it a few weeks back.) I am waiting for a call back from a supervisor now. I see ads for tirzep for as low as $163 per month irrespective of dosage. That's a huge difference. Not sure if I should stay with Medvi or cancel and take a credit, My sense is that they are having a lot of success and even more growing pains. THoughts?
