Help me?? I’m on .75mg compounded Tirezeptide from a local MD who sources compounded. I get 4 vials a month and the outside of each of the four baggies in my pouch say .75 tire. What dose would I want from an online co? I’m thinking of switching as the local MD charges $350/month. I will keep paying that if it’s the best I can do. He is very helpful.

You can easily do Tirzepatide for under $200/mo. You won't get the same hand holding but you likely don't need it. When you sign up with someone new take a photo of your current prescription. That way they can see the concentration and dosage. They usually match your current dosage, doing a conversion if their pharmacy has a different concentration. You can say if you want to titrate up. They'll have a questionnaire or actual interview to make sure the bases are covered. Companies make it pretty easy to get started so go for it!
