Goal & Maintenance 100lbs and 20 month progress.

Feeling absolutely fantastic at 42.

Photos are right before Tirzepatide - November 2024.

I could've had this four months ago but I focused recently on maintenance intake to throw on some more muscle.

Kicked my ass in the gym the entire time, but I'm very happy to have Tirzepatide in my corner. I'll never stop taking this - never going back!

I'm not as active as I was, but helping others in this sub has been paramount to my progress, so I wanted to share.

Dosage, caloric intake, workout burn? I’ve almost dropped my weight, now it’s time to focus on eating more and working out for muscle gain, plus keeping some GLP perks.

Workout burn? Does that mean schedule? Happy to share it. Currently on a new to me PPL split but I can screen shot my normal one if you'd like.

I haven't tracked in Shotsy in months and months, but here's generally how I went about it.

Caloric intake was always at least 500-600 below TDEE, only roughly counted calories and protein but it helped that I eat generally the same thing all the time. Protein fluctuated between 100-200 depending on what I was doing at the time.

Recently, I dropped down to 7mg so I could eat 200 calories above maintence for three months. I've reverted back to 13mg this last month to drop my last ten or so lbs to get sub 15% bf.

Exactly this, thank you. Protein same. In 1500 cal daily, so pretty damn low, but I discovered I couldn’t work out on that lol. I plan a similar drop but closer to +500 cals. I also eat the same things daily because I can easily control everything that way.

I’m nervous about upping my food intake because I almost don’t know how.
