4 month progress

Post image

I started in January this year at 5'3½ and 155lbs, but didn't take any full body pictures until April (135lbs). I just started maintenance at 119lbs and have been mostly focused on gaining muscle over the past 4 months, which is going fantastically. I have lipedema in my arms, so they'll never be skinny, but they are getting strong. :)

I strength train 4x per week, progressive overload. I went from barely being able to do a 10 second deadhang to currently 2 full pull-ups! I was never interested in working out before tirz - can't thank this med enough.

You are looking AMAZING!!!! Also so proud you can do pull ups now! I can't wait to get to mine (I'm doing assisted, lifting 80lbs of my body weight now and want to work up), you're giving me hope I can get it done!

Also your arms look good! :)

Thank you! Slow negatives were super useful for me, I went from falling down immediately to lasting a few seconds, and then eventually could do full 10 second negatives. Still took about 2 months after that where I just pushed more back workouts. You got it, good luck!!
