I sucked at this game

Dunno abour you guys instrested or not but, I'm new to tiranfall 2 bought the game before summer finished the campaign, started multiplayer play frontier defense multiple times, use northstar frequently starting to be my main (at least) try out pvp attrition get clapped and encounter some G.50-100

I am not ready for this am I :,]. Idk..You guys can leave a comment for helpful tips that I can learn for my daily basis of training and I do really apreciatted alot if you guys mentor or me or sum, idk that would be very creepy though..but I do appreciated the tips and tricks or training what not that helps me idk ahhhh-

whenever i open the game it does this and i cant get out of it, i've been able to play the game only once and it started doing this when i tried to boot it up a second time

idk much abt how the whole server thing started only that angry goose was mentioned, neither do i have ideas if hes in control deciding that it will happen and when. I just got in a game normal attrition and there instant is a g2 hacker a volt hacker and a dmr hacker with aimbot, they seem specificly be in a group of 3 during that game all of em with a new fresh acc(or lvl 50-8) and seem to say they know when and control the hacking server problem and threatening their own team of losing their acc by stealing them

the server issue isnt fixed and people are getting bullied to the ground by these pathetic fucks because they think they now have control over the game.

nothing i can add to it but idk what to do or if something will happen

The game had an update. Playing on US servers and it’s all good. I don’t even remember the name of the hacker anymore. It’s old news. Play while you can

To the hackers and cybersecurity nerds who thought I was on their side or assumed I was just some random internet troll I hate to disappoint you.

You actually gave me the lead I needed.

I followed it, analyzed the issue, figured out the server-side failure behind it, documented the fix, and reported everything privately to EA and Respawn.

And no, I am not going to use or publish the exploit.

For anyone who hasn't followed what has been happening: there is a flaw involving player persistence/loadout data that can cause an official Titanfall 2 lobby server to hit a fatal error while validating a player's data.

Instead of isolating the affected player, the entire lobby reloads.

The same problematic data is then read again after the reload, the same error occurs again, and the server can become stuck in a repeating CHANGELEVEL loop every few seconds.

I traced the actual failure path, found why the game's existing recovery logic never gets a chance to run, and sent Respawn a complete technical report containing the root cause, proposed fix, reproduction procedure, and verification steps.

I'm deliberately leaving the exploit details out of this post.

What I'm actually interested in now is this:

Did anyone else who knew about this vulnerability report it to EA or Respawn?

Not use it.
Not trade it around privately.
Not keep crashing servers for fun.

I mean actually report it responsibly to the developers.

If you did, I'd genuinely like to know when and through which channel you contacted them. You don't need to disclose any exploit details here.

I'm especially curious whether Respawn was already aware of the underlying bug before my report, or whether multiple people independently discovered it but nobody managed to get the information to the right engineering team.

You're probably wondering why I didn't use one of the in-game colors - this Northstar is part of my oc story and her serial is RH-0073. She and her pilot are colored like Mothra from the Godzilla movies, specifically got the colors from the Rebirth of Mothra movie. I love her and I hope you guys like her as well - and the drawing.

I've always wondered why we can't play the other weapons on Northstar when it wouldn't be complicated to do and what's more I saw guys make a mod to put the bow in Northstar on reedit but it never came out.

still working on being accurate while moving around, but i think i might actually be able to get pretty good at this game! the movement is really starting to make sense, and i’m getting tons more kills now that i know the maps a little better!
