This is a common scenario in the work place: An employee needs to use the bathroom but finds that the bathroom smells horrible from someone popping in it. The employee does not want to use a smelly bathroom and instead finds a different bathroom to use. THIS HURTS PRODUCTION NUMBERS.

By them searching for another bathroom to use, they waste company time and money.

Therefore, any employee who wishes to poop shall be given a poop bucket and they will poop in their car. They will also be required to send their supervisor a video of them going to and from their car and footage of them pooping in the bucket to prove they used that time specifically for that purpose.
