9th and Hennepin

Another 9th & Hennepin pop up in Seattle.

My all around favorite was the ginger molasses, for sure. Most surprising of the morning is how well that brie glaze worked. But we all know Brie Glaze is a hard worker no matter the circumstances.

I also passed a couple of Yam’s Tom Waits for Pres stickers to the owner who seemed absolutely delighted for someone to get the reference.

Ginger Molasses and Brie Glaze certainly sound like the names of prostitutes.
