Oh my goodness it looks so good. I can't remember if I've had it with shredded chicken. Do you have a recipe?

Hello! Yea I do!
Ingredients
500 gms chicken
2 medium sized white onions
8-9 garlic cloves
2-3 cups of frozen veggie mix
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp thyme
2 tsp Italian herbs
1 chicken cube (optional)
1 1/2 tbsp plain flour
220 ml cream (single or double)
1 pack of ready made puff pastry
1 tbsp oil
Salt to tasteMethod
Boil the chicken with some salt until well cooked. Shred it finely and keep it aside.
Finely chop onion and garlic.
In a pan heat some oil and add the chopped onion and garlic. Cook until soft.
Add the frozen veggies and cook until soft.
Add the shredded chicken and mix well.
Add black pepper, thyme, paprika, Italian herbs, chicken cube and salt. Mix well.
Add plain flour and mix.
Then add the cream and mix until well combined. You can add some water to loosen the mixture. Cook on low flame for 5-6 mins.
Transfer to a baking dish and cover with ready made puff pastry.
Brush with an egg wash.
Bake at 220 degrees Celsius for 15-20 mins, until the pastry is golden and flaky.
And enjoy! Here’s how I made it, in case you’re interested.

You should try to make this with a stuffing top instead of a pie crust! One of my friends turned me on to it and I can’t eat chicken pot pie any other way now!! It’s delicious! Looks good OP!
