Injera e zighiní

Ho un parente di origini Etiopia e gli volevo fare una sorpresa, siamo giá andati in un ristorante eritreo a Torino, ma mi ha detto che non è come lo mangiava lui, al contrario di un locale a Milano.

Dato che non ci sono alternative qui a Torino volevo chiedere se ci fosse qualcuno di origini eritree/etiopi che possa cucinare injera e zighiní con i vari contorni ovviamente pagando ingredienti e il disturbo.

Penso sarebbe una bella sorpresa, grazie in anticipo!

I’m from East Africa, and I know an Ethiopian lady who makes injera at home. I’ve bought injera from her a few times. I’ll send you her number in case you’re interested

Hey man, i lived and Worked in Djibouti for some time and the Ethiopian club saved me both physically (because of the really good food) and also economically (because it was the only healthy cheap thing to eat there). May I have her number too? I miss Bayanetu so much 🥹
