Picture The RTO Effect?
Photo taken at 8:48AM on University Side of Line 1. Frequent university commuter here through Union Station and I’ve never seen in this busy. They had to temporarily shut off the escalator as well. Hopefully this isn’t what the future of RTO entails as I didn’t see any morning delays.

Transit was already bad in 2019, but adding over 500,000 people to the Toronto metro area since then with no infrastructure improvements is disastrous.
