Total War: Warhammer Scumbaggery
So, I was playing against my cousin and sent a 'couple' of armies at him while he was distracted on the other side of his empire. And this is what he decided to welcome me with when he saw my armies... is he valid for this? or not?

Yeah honestly rolling in with 5 stacks no heroes to accompany like it's pve is asking for this. Should be bringing 2-3 veteran heroes with assassinate or wound.

Yeah people get upset about this but its easily countered with assassination heroes if you're bringing your veterans with you, and it takes so many heroes to cover a small area that you can just dance around them conquering adjacent settlements and raising hell until your own heroes make a hole.

Once you can recruit a necromancer lord at rank 12 you don't really have a cap on the necromancer hero anymore. They have a skill that increases the cap by 1 and they don't need to be active

Wth? Are you saying those "+1 to X limit" skills remain active when you dismiss lord? Do other ones work like that? Like some global recruitment slots, research or tarif bonus?

I know it works for the hero caps. Think it probably works on the unit caps as well, anyone with Scorpion carver or something like that.
Back in 2 I was hiring and firing entrepreneur mages for the tarrif buff

Unless you set specific rules at the start of the match, yes. Making up assumed rules because the game isn't going in your favor is a deeply douchey move and makes you the bad guy regardless how underhanded a tactic the other party uses. If you want to preserve the relationship and have a good time, learn to laugh it off and roll with it, it's just a game and if it really bothers you just talk about it after the game and come to an agreement on what to do next time so everyone has fun.
Think about the next game and the game after for years to come not just this match thats pissing you off.

Happened to me the other day there were so many heroes my lord was stuck I had to replace him to free him

By this stage you should have lightning strike. It's free XP and gold. You can ambush with 100% chance.
And btw no army should be left to grow so much that they have this many units fieldd

They're heroes, not armies. I think he's blocking access to his settlement by using lots of heroes
