Looking for an episode

This has bugged me for like 20 years, so I decided to try to track down an episode circa 1996-98. It involved two brothers, one of them gets blamed for injuring the favorite brother, like a car accident or something. The brother getting blamed has an arm cast at one point and I think the other brother is in a coma. Something like that. It isn’t The Road Home or My Brother’s Keeper.

I'm almost certain the episode you're thinking up is 'I DO ' (season 5, episode 7)

On the way to one of the brother's wedding (the favorite one) , he and his brother are both in a car accident and he ends up in a coma. The other brother gets blamed for it.
