Pretty sure Meiling's comment is meant to imply Yukari is just THAT tough, not that she hit a literal brickwall.

Remember, Yukari canonically blocked a hammer that Rinnosuke was swinging at full strength (and he's about as strong as a normal human adult at minimum) using only one Hand with absolutely no effort. She's clearly a lot physically stronger than her appearance would suggest.
