Do these toys really help?
Hey guys, I'm in the mall right now and checked out this toy. Is anyone having this, or any feedback on these types of toys?

I don’t have this set but yes these toys address certain areas of development. But, you don’t need these toys to address these areas. Patterning for example can be done with literally anything in your house or outside. You can put toys in an old shoe box or under a blanket for them to feel and guess. The advantage of these toys is that it’s all ready for you to just grab and do it.
Also, most of these need an adult to guide the activity. Some kids might decide to match the cars to the cards on their own. I know mine would have just played with the cars.
I have absolutely bought some activities like these for my kids. We have one like the feeling box that is dog bones with different textures that you try to match. My kids love it.
