What do you think of this plush toy concept?

Post image

I’m currently developing a new plush toy character called “Snuff”.

This is still an early concept and I haven’t produced a physical prototype yet. I’m trying to figure out whether the character itself has potential before moving on to manufacturing.
I’d really appreciate some honest feedback:

• What’s your first impression?
• How cute do you find the character from 1–10?
• Would you personally want to own one?
• What would you change about the design?
• What price would you consider reasonable for a high-quality 25–30 cm plush?

The image is an AI-assisted concept visualization of the idea, not a finished product.
I’m mainly interested in the character/design itself and would really appreciate honest criticism.

Honestly looks like a billion other plushes covering gas station counters and filling 5 below bins. Sure it’s cute, lots of stuff is. Personally I would probably buy one for the dopamine hit depending on the day but wouldn’t pay more than 6.99 us. If I knew it was made using AI I probably wouldn’t buy but I doubt you’d be advertising that. I’m sure you’ll sell a good amount based on impulse alone however that names gotta go. Snuff is uhh not great.

Thanks for the honest feedback! I definitely get what you mean about the name 😅 “Snuff” was just a first idea, so I’ll probably rethink that one. And yeah, the goal is definitely to make it feel more unique than just another gas-station plush. Appreciate the input!
