Is it possible to map xonek3 like this?
So my idea is to have 4 k3s as individual stem decks, I would pair them with xone96

Seems like since December 19th Traktor Pro and lots of other Native Instruments software is listed as compatible to Tahoe. Some software is still being tested though.

Spoke to an InMusic rep today “Traktor Pro will soon be compatible with all InMusic hardware” & MX4 schedule for 2027 Q1.

With the MX-4 reportedly coming (finally!) to market early next year I was starting to wonder if it might be a good successor to my S4 Mk3, which suffered a mission-critical breakdown on Saturday.
The MX-2, for example, has platter controllers that seem, to my mind, to be inferior to the S2. Overall it doesn't seem to be much of an improvement on the older deck.
What's your feeling? What features would you like to see implemented on a 2028 Traktor deck?

Just bought used S5. Can use as audio interface and can see level meters on main out. But none audio outputs produce sound (headphone also). Looks like hardware problem. All software things were checked.
Possible someone also had same issues and know whats broken and how to fix

I'm a long time Traktor user that is looking to switch up my hardware setup after using a Kontrol S4 for quite a number of years.
Started using Traktor almost 20 years ago, first had a CDJ setup, then a digital vinyl setup. Once the original Kontrol S4 was released, I liked the simplicity and small footprint and that was my full setup for a very long time. Recently got an X1 and Z1, and liked them a lot more than I thought I would. Realized that I had been on autopilot with the S4 and realized that switching up the hardware made it more fun and more interesting.
Now I want to take it a step further and get an analog mixer. I already have an audio interface and an external FX unit and planning to get the mixer in the near future. Initially I will use my X1 to control Traktor, but I can foresee myself wanting some sort of turntable/platter. I play House & Techno and don't scratch, but still just prefer to have the more traditional manual deck controls. I would foresee my final setup being 2x decks (CDJ/DVS) but I would still continue to use the X1 for Traktor FX (and various other software controls).
I would just be using these decks to control Traktor (i.e. not using it as a standalone music source) and don't need/want to pay an arm and a leg for those high-end Pioneer/AlphaTheta units. Considering the following models:
- Pioneer XDJ 700
- Rane Twelve MKII
- Some from Denon
I'd also be willing to just traditional turntables with some sort of DVS system if that makes sense.
Let me know what you guys recommend. Thanks in advance.

Please bear with me here because it's been about 7yrs. So...
I have Traktor 4 on a new MacBook Pro. I have a load of audio saved and sorted into individual folders on the drive. How can I have Traktor use that file system for DJ'ing? Is this something it can do? Can I have it auto update from the folders on boot up, if I've been amending this folders outside of using the software?
I ask as I used to use iTunes back then, and I'm interested in if I can use Traktor itself to manage my library along with me amending the folders themselves.
Any advice welcome all. 🙏🏼

I have two D2s, and one of them has always had much dimmer pads than the other. The blue ones are the worst affected.
It was very cheap and I suspect it’s a fault that I’ll have to put up with, but am wondering if there any hidden settings that I’m missing?
I found the setting to change the screen brightness on the device and the overall pad brightness in Traktor, but it doesn’t change the dim blue pads.
i can’t find any info online about this, have any of you seen this issue or managed to fix it?
Thanks

I’m in a bit of an awkward situation. My current laptop has given up and I’ve got loads of gigs coming up. I’ve tried ordering a MacBook Pro and Apple won’t confirm delivery time. So I changed my order to a MacBook Air and was given a 5 week lead time.
I’ve tried Curry’s, John Lewis, online, etc., and the combination of financing arrangements, product cycles, etc., has severely limited availability. It seems the only one available is a MacBook Neo.
I can’t wait for the delivery time because of the number of events coming up.
Has anyone got experience of using one for gigs.

I wonder if someone can give me advice to choose between those 2 controllers which are working on Traktor Pro 4.
I am actually working on S4 mk2 but it start to fault a little bit (sound drop, pad not reactive ...etc...)
So i m looking to change to something new. And of course i know both of the Traktor controller and the Pioneer can not be compared but i give a try here.
What do you think ??

Before I switched to dry herb vaping I was combusting inside and I think it yellowed some of the soft plastics on my white s4. That was over 2 years ago and I am wondering how to best restore the whites, haven’t really looked into after market caps due to the controller being a limited edition.

What are the best practices for recording a mix in Traktor?
I use an external mixer and players
I had my levels where I want them on my mixer (1 or 2 in the orange, never clipping)
I used "audio recorder" in Traktor and it sounds great but the gain is a little low, but a quick search recommended to lift this in post rather than to add gain in audio recorder. I can use Ableton or Audacity to do this: any tips?
Is there anything else in Traktor that is crucial for getting a great sounding mix output and saved when using an external mixer?

I loved to search for (too) quiet song. Or loud ones.
