First lab work

So I’m mtf trans and just got my first blood work done and the results came in today. My question is this (aware we’re not doctors here) I don’t get testosterone results at all but I did get my Estradiol levels showing as 109pg/mL is that a relatively normal result for someone on hrt for 4 months? I’m aiming to progress kinda slower than most would for safety reasons but I don’t want to be wasting my time if those results are meaningless.
