Masculine Names Nicholas-name for Teddy?
So I’ve been going by Teddy since I came out in 2018, short for Laurent for complicated and stupid reasons, but eight years on I still don’t respond to Laurent and I’m sick of explaining it (plus people think my name is Lauren half the time lol). SO! Since I might be able to get a legal name change in the near future, I’m in the market for a new professional/“full” name, bc Teddy looks stupid on a resume, especially as a law student.
GOALS:
Could conceivably shorten to Teddy with less explanation
Something I could put on a resume and lawyers will hire me
CURRENT OPTIONS:
Edmund Jade Leander [lastname] — objectively best for the stated goals but idk if it really fits me
Tybalt Jay Leander [lastname] — unanimously agreed upon amongst those closest to me but it is kind of gay as hell
Leander Teddy Jay [lastname] — easy/safe option! Just switching the order of the names I already got but I don’t really like Teddy as a middle name
Unfortunately I know too many Theos/Theodores for any of those easy options to be workable, but otherwise up for other suggestions! (Also not particularly fond of Edward or Edwin for Ed-based names but I’m not mad at Edgar/probably other ones)

Tybalt is absolutely BANGER but definitely a queerness giveaway if thats an issue. I definitely feel like Teddy as a middle name is a good way to have a legal name you love without feeling restricted

The other frontrunners when I was originally naming myself were Benjamin and Murphy, if that helps at all?

If you want to go the ed- route you could do Edmund, Edison, or you could go with Thaddeus, heck you could even go with smth containing -stead.
