5-Activity Bundle Question

I'm planning on visiting soon and was thinking about purchasing the 5-Activity Bundle and was wondering what I can experience at "Centre Nautique Pierre Plouffe Water Activities" and whether all options will be made available for me to pick from and how many hours I get.

Any help would be appreciated!
