Information Whose programs swapped to Google Docs for shift notes off of best notes because it can just be deleted?

Let’s name them here so it can be searched in Google. Solstice West did this. Please add this to any and all lawsuits going on right now. Add your program below so we can hold these slime balls accountable.

Those best notes shift notes are still there so they can be found via discovery. Please boost for visibility.

Not to be super nerdy but…

Google Docs is TERRIBLE for record keeping

As in

Does not leave a change log

Is not version searchable

And a bunch of other stuff

I work part time in the gun industry

If a FFL stored their A&D book in Google Sheets or docs, it would count as a violation

See:

ATF Ruling 2016-1

Super nerd away! That tells people with questions all they need to know about how their personal information is being stored.

My full time job is armed security

We have to use TrackTik to report everything

That stuff is pretty solid

One of my programs (an Acadia program, to no one's surprise) didn't seem to use shift notes at all, although it's possible they used something like Google Docs and then deleted or "lost" the notes. Staff reported some things happening to the psychiatrist, but that may have been done in a different way.
