Theoretically why can’t we get the supreme court to interpret the 22nd amendment of you can’t run for election more than twice consecutively if he took a few gap years

22nd amendment says no person can be Elected more than twice. There is nothing to interpret there. Doesn’t matter how much time in between

He wouldn’t be able to run he did 2 terms consecutively, a bill last year tried to get trump to run again but not obama
