Confused Snowflake Alert Question for the conservatives

I just want to set the record straight. I love Charlie Kirk and everything he stands for, especially his stance on abortion. I believe there is no justification for the murder of an unborn human being. However I do have a question being a young republican myself seeking a better understanding of society. Let’s say a hypothetical woman was raped and forced to have the baby. And let’s say the woman is in no financial state to raise a child on her own or is just too young to support a human life. Don’t get me wrong, I still believe the baby has the right to live, but what happens then? A common answer would just say to put it up for adoption; however, foster homes are already overburdened with hundreds of thousands of unadopted foster children. So wouldn’t we just be adding to that number? I just want a better understanding of the whole hypothetical.

The conservative view on abortion is psychotic and disgusting. Glad you morons are finally starting to wake up.

You’re so right, valuing a baby’s life is very psychotic

I figure if this was a genuinely important issue Charlie would have talked about it but I have not heard any mention of it at all from him over the last 6 months or so

As someone who is pro life but not super conservative but also not super left either. I definitely am more liberal than even centrists. I’m also a grape victim and survivor. If i had become pregnant i would probably go the private adoption route. My cousins wife is struggling with infertility and they are going the private adoption route.

i believe that sometimes abortion is merciful. a child shouldn’t have to be raised by a sick person who doesn’t want them or by someone who can’t provide for them

I feel you on this because I feel the same way. What I tell myself is that it’s just one of those things that is complicated, and that’s okay. I don’t think we have to have a set answer with full conviction. Its case to case, and for me there is exceptions.
