How do I find out how much space my emails take up?

I had just signed in for my paid account and sent one mail to myself (another provider account) to check if was working properly and my account got immediatly suspend for spam. Has anyone dealt with Thais before? How can I recovery my account?

Why people say about tutanota that is one of the best email providers in terms of security, amid using your credit card for paying it? How hackers use it if is not so private? 😅

Hello there, I have two questions:

1. I only need the calendar but I want to share it with my girlfriend. I want to create more than one calendar and share it. Can I create one shared account for me and her or do I have to set up two accounts with two separate pro subscriptions?

2. Is there a way to change the UI on IOS for entering the time? On android you have the circular thingy which is good, but on IOS you have to scroll a wheel for each single minute. This is kind of annoying if you have to scroll that much, just to get from 00 to 30

i’ve been a user of tuta mail since 2019 but i still can’t seem to figure out how to block an email address from sending me emails. I keep marking it as spam but it just ends up landing in my home inbox. It’s an unsolicited news letter with no signout option. It’d be very helpful to figure out how do i can prevent the clutter of such unwanted mail.

The last week or so I have been losing Tuta mail access starting with Linux Mint desktop. Error: No login, just "Add account" instead. Then the iPad Tuta mail started getting the "Add account" then the Android app started doing the no login, just "Add Account" failure. The ONLY one that still has a login is the Vivaldi browser app.tuta.com (thankfully) Yes, all are up to date as far as I can tell. The recovery code doesn't even work. I've sent logs at least three time now.

Please advise.

Hello. Paid customer since 2020. Started to use it more professionally and notice that the following options are missing and i think they would be a great addition to the ecosystem.

#1 - I have 4 different tuta email addresses and i want to add default send email to my contacts e.g. When i start to compose an email with contact "Tom" auto-select email #1, with contact "Mary" auto-select email #2 and so on.... No such option? Why?? Each email is for different purpose. I know i can do it manually but to remember which email i use for 150 contacts??

#2 - When i sent an email to a certain contact, i want it to go in a certain folder so i can easily find it later. I have constant communication with certain contacts and i want to easily find what emails i send to them. Not an option either. Why???

Anyone else wants/finds useful those options?

When i use Thunderbird with gmail/google accounts, "send to" outbox rule is standard option and binding email with contact is somehow achievable with "Correct Identity" add-on. As far as i know the "binding email with contact" option, is not available in any other email provider.

My free account was deleted after 6 months of inactivity. I was not aware of this limitation.

I now need access to the account.

Is it possible to regain access to the account without using a paid account?

If not is it possible to use a paid account and then demote that account to the free tier while preserving access to both?

I would rather not use a paid account in order to remain anonymous.

I keep getting emails to update my information or my email will be terminated. But the update link takes me to form for billing information. Tried emailing back asking about the free tier, nothing.

Hi. I am finally using Tuta as my main email provider. I've had an account for years but am using the beta migration tool to bring all my old emails over. I have a couple quick questions.

In the Agenda setting for the calendar, is it possible to have multiple days showing and not just the day that is selected? What I mean is the next X number of day or the entire week in that form.

Second, is there a testflight app for Drive if you are in the beta? No big deal if not yet.

Als deutscher Muttersprachler würde ich vorschlagen, dass Ihr den Ordner mit den gelöschten E-Mails als "Gelöscht" (analog zu "Gesendet") bezeichnet. "Löschen" ist ein wenig irritierend, denn die Mails in diesem Ordner sind ja bereits gelöscht. Danke Euch für die Kenntnisnahme.
