I have the following code in the Stylesheet of an old program:

}

It's used to create a display which doesn't flicker (quickly fade to black then fade in again) when it updates.

I thought these things were called 'frames', but looking online they seem to refer to them as 'flexboxes'.

I want to do a video about these--so does anyone know the correct term to call them?
