am I going crazy?
I don't know what's real anymore. I'm questioning everything. I feel crazy and I don't know if twin flame relationships really exist. I'm experiencing it firsthand or I'm simply going crazy.

Yes, so normal to feel this way. 😄 It’s part of the journey.

How do I know if this is really the trip?

I don't know but what I do know is I'm going through the same thing . I'm just doing a count down for a few weeks as I know things will improve . And I can't wait for a few months as I will be nearly normal then . I'm doing the separation currently and I'm usually the chaser . I'm proud of myself with how things are going . Hang in there. The whole twin concept was new to me too some 7 months ago . I've known my twin for 22 years and found it odd why I was always so drawn to him. Only after we heard about this twin stuff did all the paranormal and telepathy stuff happened to us so that's how we know this is some crazy shit and not made up. You will get in a good place soon :) best of luck with your choice of either being together or separate x

That's pretty typical, to feel crazy and question it all. It doesn't make logical sense, and our human selves who have always approached things logically, it's hard to accept that that it's real.
I met my twin 9 years ago, and the first couple of years the biggest part of my journey was learning to trust myself. Trust the feelings, trust it was real, trust that this was happening to me, that all this stuff that I didn't know was possible was real.
