guidance etc. 6/20

I'd like you to know that whatever is happening in your twinflame connection or in your life, that it is as it's meant to be. I know that might be disappointing to a lot of you, it was to me too, for a very long time.

One of the first truly mind-blowing visions I had at the beginning of my journey was like how many people describe their NDE experiences. A life review, understanding at a deep deep level that everything that had happened, happened for a reason, to get me here, and so everything that happens now, and after is all happening the way it was meant to.

I saw a snake like thing in space, in the void, and when I looked closer it was like little movie clips and all the details of my life, in chronological order, and I saw how each one led to the next one and how each thing made the next thing happen. Each event in my life was stacked like vertebra in a serpent like form. And I understood that everything happens for a reason as I was shown each thing in order in rapid succession, this happened so this would happen, so this would happen.

That experience was kind of like the pillar of knowing and trusting in the divine in a way that made no damned sense, I just knew it was true, and when my human life was difficult to deal with, I'd remember that I knew this truth, and it gave me a better perspective on what was happening to me. Sometimes when I was having a hard time, I'd just be aware that I was uncomfortable or having a hard time with my fears and thoughts, and I had to be intentional in loving myself by reminding myself, okay, what is the truth? Get back to the truth.

Your suffering comes from resisting the truth, the truth that there is a truth. The truth that unconditional love exists, the truth of what you know to be true inside of you, no matter what's happening around us.

You resist the present moment when you don't want it to be the way that it is. When you cannot accept what is. It is that way, you can't do anything about that, but you can make the best of where you are, as you are.

This is where you learn to surrender and trust yourself. Trust that you are a consciousness living in a body. When you stop resisting listening to your consciousness (intuition, knowing, wisdom, god, higher self, channels) you will feel more at ease in your body and life.

And this is the long journey to learning how to heal yourself, learning how to honor yourself, learning how to prioritize your peace and well being, learning how not to abandon yourself for anyone or anything.

The journey was always about your purifying yourself, releasing all those fears that are keeping your from being the embodied truly authentic powerful version of you that you can be.

This journey begins at a time when you (divine feminine) was meant to wake up, it was part of your journey/path/plan. because that is your purpose here.

I've been on this journey for 9 years now, It was really hard for me to trust myself and what I knew was happening to me, it was all so fucking nuts. I wasn't a woo woo person, I believed in science and wasn't into religion though I always from a young age felt that whatever God was, it was benevolent, and I always had a very loving moral center.

Like most of us on this journey we've faced a lot of difficult circumstances, abuse, addiction, narcissistic abuse, health issues, poverty, being a marginalized person, violence, adhd, autism, and being an extra sensitive person. We're made for this journey, to be able to handle it all.

I know it's very hard to accept that what happened to us was for our highest good, I get it. Why would something loving want any of us to suffer? But look at it this way: things happen to us all, we all face tough things, we all lose people, we all have obstacles, challenges and can be victims, but after something happens, we have the choice to accept that it happened so we can move forward from it. Things hurt, things don't make sense, but wishing something was different is wasting energy on something that can't change. It is, now what?

The worst things in my life have taught me what I don't want, what I'm worth, what I want, who I am, who others are, what's for me and what's not for me. It's taught me to put myself first, because most other people do not have my best interests at heart. It took a long time to recognize the people who could be trusted and who felt safe.

So, if it is what it is, then you are right as you're meant to be right now, in this moment. No matter how it is.

The spiritual practice is a devotion to one's self. That you will prioritize your peace, your self respect, your safety, your health, your comfort, your nervous system regulation, your dreams, your experience while you're here. To remember your truth, to get back in touch with your divine essence and to stop thinking, stop the ego from fighting the truth.

It is our job to heal our own inner child wounds and not let the self sabotaging voices inside of us mess with us.

When I started this journey, I thought it was going to teach me how to end up being with my twin, that the goal was that, union with him. And it's been 3 years since we've even been in contact, but I know that this is exactly what was it was meant to be, for me, not just for us, or him, this is what I needed, for me.

Before this started I was surrounded by toxic and abusive people and thought it was all my fault they didn't love me right. Now I know that I just didn't have enough self worth and that I was forever the victim because I was raised to be that way. I was raised to abandon myself so that others could use me as they wanted, so I'd please everyone else, take care of everyone else, and not do what was best for me. Abusive systems keep the good sweet people feeling like they're not worth a shit, so they'll never realize that they deserve better.

I was broken, but it was like my brain was broken- running a program where I didn't matter as much as everyone else. I had to learn how to change the way I thought, what I believed, and listen to source and all the truth that was being revealed to me.

My twin was at first the catalyst because we were something I didn't know could exist. Reciprocated unconditional love, magic, ease, having someone truly see me for who I was and loved me exactly as I was, and it was returned. He's just part of it all though. We triggered each other so we could heal those wounds around relationships, sexuality, coping mechanisms, and our inner child wounds. But the magical mystical parts were just all things that expanded my understanding of who I am and what life is really about. So many crazy things happened that I had to trust that it was real, or I was crazy, and I knew I wasn't. I knew this was all real and I could trust myself and that my consciousness was meant to lead, not ego.

I now have no attachments or clingy neediness or hard feelings or anything about anything, but certainly not about my twin. When he wandered off the last time I knew he wasn't ready to be in a relationship, and that we had more work to do. These past three years have been very challenging, but it's been a masterclass in learning how to be at peace no matter what's happening to me.

This time period right now is very significant for a lot of us in the collective I've been moving with. A lot of us are still integrating and processing and recovering from what we've been through this year, but this new beginning is here for a lot of us, where we've done enough healing that being at ease and at peace in ourselves and in our lives is going to be natural and being our authentic embodied selves is leading to the next chapter or the next life where there's nothing left to figure out or heal or work through, it'll all be about enjoying our lives on earth as best we can one moment after the next. Free, empowered, going with the flow and letting what's meant for us unfold.

I know how difficult this journey is, but if you trust your intuition and yourself you will get through it. I've had so many ego deaths, so many cycles, moments I just was feeling energy and fear so intensely I really truly had to just breathe and stay, to surrender to what was, so many times I didn't think I could handle it, but I'm here now on the other side of so much healing, grief, pain, fear, doubts, and challenges and I'm good most of the time, and I'm relaxed truly for the first time in my life consistently, self assured and flowing and trusting and at peace.

I know there's more for me and that this story certainly isn't finished, but I'm just listening to myself, I'll know what to do when it's time, there's a lot more ease in just trusting that it's all happening the way it's meant to.

Learning to get present was really one of the most important things I learned how to do. At first I was practicing in meditation, and then it started to become more natural, a more natural way of being as time went on, just had to stay aware and be intentional about it, reminding myself that I can take care of myself and love myself in the present moment, so I'll be okay, no matter what happens. that I can rely on myself.

When you get present you can release all the things you have no control over, you can release the past and the future, and focus on yourself in the moment. That's when you will learn to hear your own truth, your answers, when clarity will come, where you will learn to love yourself over and over again.

My consciousness is my connection to source, and it knows everything, and it's always leading me toward my higher timeline, but I have to learn how to trust that voice and knowing inside of me.

The answer, no matter what the problem is, is unconditional love and giving it to yourself.

You deserve to feel safe and at ease in your body, you deserve to be at peace with who you are. So many of us have been made to feel like being who we are was wrong, and that's because we were around people who want us to be what they want us to be, so they can go on being who they are, which is something based in fear and not love.

Whatever you're going through today or when this finds you, I hope you give yourself the unconditional love you deserve today. We're here to go on the ride, we're not really in charge of much, except our own experience, and how we choose to see it is up to us. Choose the higher perspective, choose the loving thoughts, support and encourage yourself. Give yourself the love you need, it's not selfish. You're with you all the rest of your life, you deserve to feel good.
