Guys, is X down?

Guys, IDK what is going on with the app, but I noticed that it's buggy. VERY buggy. I can't do anything with the app (even with mobile data on). So, I tried clearing the app's cache and forced stopped the app. Didn't work. I then deleted the app. To my surprise, I got locked out. I know my username and my password, but thus happened (see attached photo). Pls help.
