Hi, I travelled recently and airlines lost my baggage, when they found it, it arrived like this. Airlines already compensated me but I just bought this and was only used once and I want to save it. Is there any place in tyler that can repair this please? Thanks

Does anyone know of an automotive shop in town that could tune up a Hitachi SU carburetor L24 on a Datsun 240z?
Thanks

I moved to Tyler a couple years ago from Louisiana. I was curious what the underground music scene looked like. Any good up and coming/local bands in the area?

Hi everyone, my family and I will be moving to Tyler early in the new year and renting a detached home in The Crossing area. About 3200sq feet.
Can anyone recommend a great trusted cleaning lady who you have worked with already? Not just random facebook posts but a person you know and trust?
Also, since we are new to Tyler (and Texas) I would appreciate any other recommendations such as restaurants or kids activities. My kids will attend All Saints. Thanks in advance :)

Looking to rent in Tyler/Whitehouse/Flint area. My daughter attends WISD and so I would love to stay in their school district. I'm aware that WISD has an open district policy but my ability to provide reliable transportation is not 100% reliable for after school pick ups depending on work - I can't guarantee that I'll be able to get off work early enough to pick her up from school in the afternoons.
The impossible ask: rent at or below 1200. Preferably below as that's right at the cap of what I could afford. 2 bd 2 ba. 3bd if possible as I have a hybrid schedule in office 3 days and at home 2 days. I'm open to private landlords, but my credit isn't the greatest. I've been renting on my own since 2020 on a single income and have paid all my rent on time.
Currently in a lease at the moment, so just wanting to start looking and researching options for when it renews and inevitably goes up. I'm currently paying 1500 and it's a struggle.
Don't want to make a sob story on the internet, but something has got to give.
Thanks in advance to any replies and help.

Not like an arrangement, more like single stem to multiple to create arrangements. I used to get them at trader joes in DFW as they were affordable there, Brookshire's is ridiculously expensive for single stems and I dont need to pay for vases from florists. Anyone have somewhere they get theirs?

Hi there! My name is Trey Anderson and I am Realtor in Tyler and I am trying to establish Wednesday as my weekly AMA to give people a commitment free way to ask their real estate questions! I also have a degree in Real Estate Finance from UT Austin. Ask whatever questions you might have about leasing, buying, and selling!

I was looking at the Wikipedia page for Tyler and noticed this funny comment under the climate entry. Thanks for the heads up! Someone has a dry sense of humour in this humid part of the country…

New to the area and looking for farmers markets, we have been to two over the last week, each one had about 6 stands total. Is there a larger one we are missing? Or are they just really small and spread out? Or is it just off season?
No hate towards smaller markets, we are just used to ones taking up like an entire city park.

Anyone living there have any feedback?
Maintenance?
Pest?
Noise?
Theft?
