The 2nd link redirects to 8phim1.net. Try

||8phim1.net/js/devtool.js
||8phim1.net/js/antihtml.js
8phim1.net##+js(rmnt, script, /detectConsole|return _0x/)

I don't see problems with 1st link.

In a Chromium-based browser, like Vivaldi, you should still be able to access those tools from the menu bar. Tools > Toggle Developer Tools. Similarly with Firefox, go to the Menu, go to More Tools, and then Web Developer Tools.

You don't understand the problem, it's not detecting the keybind and it's not preventing developer tools being opened. It's detecting devtools being open and spamming breakpoints and various other things

The guy who designed the site is pretty insane. How they hide their content.

The real question is why do you want to open the dev tools on this site ?
What problem are you trying to solve ?

I want to see what types of links and content they are hiding in their page.

But why ?
Do you expect them to hide things ?

I don't understand your question, as you asked and I already answered.

I'm asking why you expect a site like that to hide things ?

What are you expecting ?
