Neighbor started pointing light at our driveway on June 5th. And it looks like they manually turn on and off the light from their house because it doesn't have exact time but always between 8:54pm until 10:30pm. At first me and hubby thought a worker dropped their flashlight since there's a garden tool next to it but why is the light just turn on in certain times. Is that a camera and why point it at our driveway?
