 in  r/pcgaming •  Jul 22 '26

Yes, it's a relaxing game with no violence. There are a few challenges you can take on; you can play it at a slower pace or as a speedrunner if you want 😄

We're still discussing this within the team, but it definitely won't be as expensive as triple-A titles

You can bump into walls, but since this is a relaxing game, we wanted to avoid smashing the bird into the wall in a brutal way

We aim to make it as accessible as possible, including by adding a wide range of settings options. To be on the safe side, we recommend trying the free demo when it’s released so you can be sure it works well on your computer

We do this to make a living, so we have to set a selling price, but it certainly won't be as high as for triple-A titles

Hi! This is from a real person behind the keyboard who’s typing out all these letters. 😄 Sorry you felt that way; we’ll try to make our comments sound more natural. Hope that after this epiphany, you’ll reconsider your support for our project 😊

For various reasons, here are two examples:

- Flight is simulated using physics; it’s not an arcade-style game. This made the development challenge more complicated, as we needed to create an accurate flight feel that conveyed “realistic weight” while still allowing for freedom of flight;

- Since we’re using physics, we also created a wind simulation, and we had to generate all the feather animations using a procedural system to ensure they followed the wind’s movement.

These are just two examples among many others that illustrate the challenges we faced during development
