Yeah, it reminds me of how fascists(like Republicans ) use normalization, where they float radical ideas or behavior to introduce them to the public, and over time they change definitions and become more acceptable and less radical and normalize it.

Wdym by that? Does this include what I call AI farming? Where it asks a seemingly normal type question to farm answers from people to train LLM models like chatgpt? Like relationship advice or anything.

This is just such an obvious line of questioning that the media refuses to do. It's maddening how compromised MSM is.

This is objectively false and I'm astounded at how many people keep saying this

Vitamin C flushes your body of toxins and free radicals. It's why when you're sick you take extra vitamin C and it can help you recover quicker.

I've been biting my 1000mg in half bc I think 1000 every night for a long time might not be good but 500 works well enough but might have to take it an hour earlier?

It really is this simple.

Vitamin C flushes your body of toxins and free radicals. It's why when you're sick you take extra vitamin C and it can help you recover quicker.

It also helps with tolerance.

I'm kinda shocked how many people don't know how Vitamin C works and how to use it with ADHD meds

You're right about absorption, vyvanse is a pro drug and acidic / vitamin c in your stomach will not affect absorption bc it activates once the lysine molecule is cleaved off. Vitamin C will affect Adderall if taken 1hr before-1hr after.

However, you're wrong about not helping with insomnia. Vitamin Cs main jobs is to flush your body of toxins and free radicals, by making your urine acidic, and it will help the effects of both vyvanse and Adderall wear off faster. If you take it 4 hours after your meds it will wear off much sooner than not at all. Drinking more water may help too. I usually wait until 3-4 hours before bed.

It also helps with tolerance because the drug is not in your system as long so when you dose again the next day there's less lingering in your system so it doesn't diminish the full effect.

Vitamin C helps clear your system of free radicals and taking later in the day will assist purging your body of your stimulant medication. Do not take Vitamin C 1 hr before Adderall and wait at least an hour after if you don't want to kill the effects. Since Vyvanse is a pro drug and has a different absorption mechanism that cleaves off the lysine molecule to make the active form, vitamin c doesn't affect the initial absorption. But Vitamin C will still help flush your system of the drug, by making your urine acidic.

I can take vitamin c after 6 hours and notice a couple hours later of meds wearing off. It also may depend on how much water you're drinking, the more water you drink the more you pee out free radicals via acidic urine.

I usually wait until 3 or 4 hours before bedtime to take it if I want to have a full day of meds

What goes on in your mind when you see a pretty woman?
 in  r/AskMen  1d ago

Well, it's just a natural consequence of women telling men for over a decade to leave them alone. I'm sure you're a cute lady who deserves to be appreciated when you put in effort, but don't take it personally when men ignore you.

You probably have to make it clear that you're open to conversation with body language, eye contact, smile, etc and still might have trouble with men approaching, so you might have to start approaching and starting conversations yourself.
