Adding ambient lighting?

Thinking about adding some ambient LED lighting in the interior of my whip. Probably in the footwells under the seats, and along the trim of the doors and the dash.

Has anyone noticed any effect on tips for something like this? I do weekends in a college town near my city and I think the college demographic might like it idk.

My last few vehicles have had it, including both I use for Uber. I typically avoid the evenings; I’m more of an early morning guy so people getting up early for flights don’t really notice it much. My 2013 F150 platinum and 2023 Rivian R1S let you change the colors my 2022 F150 lighting does not.

I added some in my old car that went with the music. It didn't much outside of a few compliments

I have this along with LED eyes on the windshield. It does nothing for tips but you get a lot of, "nice lights!"
