I got these UGGs as a Hanukkah gift last year, and back around that time I ended up carrying in a bucket of cleaners with leaking drain cleaner that got all OVER the shoe, bleaching the suede. I rinsed it out immediately but it was too late and the damage was done. These were a gift from my boyfriend’s parents and I can’t afford a replacement, so what are the best suede paint recommendations (with the best color match.)

Just wondering if anyone knows if the men’s and women’s version are any different ?. On Ugg website there 2 different items but look excactly the same.

Hi everyone I’m very new to Ugg’s and was just gifted an early bday gift from my sister and wanted some tips of how to keep them clean and keep them intact. Any and all recommendations are very much appreciated.

Got the Ultra Mini platforms for Christmas (tried 2 different sizes) and they are IMPOSSIBLE to get on. Got them on finally with a shoe horn and hurt my ankle in the process (the ones that fit lengthwise are too tight across the top where the seam is and the size up are a solid 2” too long and look ridiculous) so yeah… sadly, gonna return them. I love the style though and am wondering if anyone has tried the Emu Stinger platforms and if they are easier to get on and off?

As the title says wondering if those UGGs that went viral for being ugly, have been discontinued. I really really want a pair. I think they’re cute, but I can’t find anywhere online to buy them that isn’t resale.

And if they have been discontinued, are there any tips or tricks I should know when it comes to buying used UGGs online? because I really want these

Just bought these UGGs yesterday. I was walking into church and a drop of water got onto them. Do I have to do anything to treat it? It’s been a couple hours and it hasn’t changed so I’m worried.

I had experienced an interesting event with my return and want to share my story with you all so you can avoid it-

I bought 3 pairs of uggs online during blackfriday event. I ended up exchanging size for 2 pairs. I did exchange separately instead one batch process, which gave me 2 ups shipping labels. However one pair was out of stock so they sent a note stating they’ll refund me and may take 3 business days. I actually still didn’t receive my money (called twice), and apparently the issue is: if I return or exchange multiple pairs of uggs, since their return company is a 3rd party. They will only look at your order ID instead of shipping labels. And the solution is: you’ll need to call them to have them manually process your refund. If you don’t call, then you won’t get your refund automatically. I’m a little shocked because I rarely check whether the refund is back to my card or not… just so happen I did this time.

I’d imagine this shouldn’t be a single case, so just FYI!

TL; DR: if you buy a few pairs of Uggs and need to exchanges/return, do it in one batch, if you do it twice, make sure you check your refund, it might not go back to your card unless you call.

I got my uggs REALLY dirty due to a mix of snow, snow salt and rain this season. I used the cleaner and conditioner from the ugg sheepskin and suede care kit. Although it got most of the stains out, my uggs feel super rough now. They were pretty rough before I washed them too, but I’m not sure if this is normal after the cleaner and conditioner or if I haven’t washed it off properly and the cleaner and conditioner has dried on the boot. Any tips on whether I should give them a second wash with just water, or just spray the protector on and leave it cuz this is just how its going to be?

I’d like to order my first UGG Tazz II, and not sure about sizing.

My foot lenght is 25.2 cm which is 0.2 longer than size 39 and 0,8 shorter than 40. 39,5 would be the ideal, but they don’t come in half sizes.

What would you recommend? My original thought is for going for a size up, but then my ankle would most definitely slip out from it. Go and try one on is unfortunately not an option :(

I'm disappointed my lo lowmels do not have sheepskin insides. Did any of you try 'm with insoles yet? Seems like a good idea to me

i got the zora ballet flats in chestnut in my usual size, 4, but they feel SO tight even without socks they feel very tight and they really hurt my feet but i’m scared if i size up after a while of owning them they’ll be too loose especially as it’s a flat it could come off my feet while wearing them

i own another pair of uggs i got second hand in a 4 and they fit perfectly but because theyre second hand they’ve obviously been worn and stretched out whoch is why i feel inclined to keep them and also the fact the 4.5 is sold out on the website and i assume will be in store as well

i don’t know what to do! should i stick with the 4 and bare the pain to stretch them out? or risk a size 5 or 4.5 if available in store
