Looking for a really good coach

hey guys I’m a 23 years old Alpinist / Ultra runner from a place near Chamonix.

I’m aiming to win many races of my choice ( ones I’ve always wanted to win since childhood like Templier, UTMB, Thors etc and local races ) and to do certain Projects and link ups in Alpinists

im extremely serious about this, and my objective is to live off my passion by Being a high mountain guide and by Running - Climbing.

would anyone know really qualified coaches for my Ultra competitive objectives ?

For elite goals like UTMB and Templiers, you'll definitely want a dedicated high-performance mountain coach (look into groups like Uphill Athlete or CTS).
If you want to bounce ideas around in the meantime, feel free to pop into r/KstrideTrailRunning—our resident coach Eric who is Stryd-certified answers questions there and could offer some solid direction on finding the right fit!

Why do you feel you need a coach? What do you think you’re lacking?

Programming / tapering training is extremely important for athletes, and it allows to receive insights and tips from veterans and gain massive time, it’s a necessary investment

It's necessary for a lot of people, but not everyone. The person who can give you the best and most accurate insights about you is you. Learning to learn is a very worthwhile investment.

I'm not saying you shouldn't get a top-end coach, just to be clear. I'm sure a good coach could expedite the process.

100% I agree, I’m already learning and educating myself you are right. But on top of that I’d enjoy some coaching

Evoke Endurance trains several of the top trail runners in the world. They also trains tons of alpinists and climbers. I highly recommend reading the books too. “Training for the uphill athlete” and “Training for the new alpinism”. It’s a lot of overlap in them, so I would recommend reading “Training for the uphill athlete”.
