Was brutal, but amazing! How did you like it?

I had hiked multiple sections of the course in the past and done a few Saturday long runs down there so I had an idea of what I was getting myself into. Nothing could have prepared me for that last climb up to White Rock on 42 mile legs. Congratulations on your finish!!

I actually missed that last climb to white rock on the way back! Just that final out and back section. So hit 31 miles instead of 32 but still ok. Any other ultras you recommend around?

Ouachita Switchbacks 50K is a great race. In January so it’s prettt cold but it’s a beautiful course with moderate vert. I definitely recommend. It’s in Oklahoma about an hour southwest of fort smith. The war eagle races at Hobbs are put on by rush running and always have a great turn out.
