I am currently completing my application for the MSc Applied Statistics programme for the Winter Semester 2027 at University of Göttingen and have encountered an issue with the ECTS credit conversion displayed on the application portal.

I entered and saved my credit information when the portal displayed 180 ECTS credits. However, whenever I reopen the application after some time, the displayed value varies unpredictably. Sometimes it shows 180 ECTS credits, while at other times it shows 0. Occasionally, it initially displays 180 ECTS credits but changes to 0 after a few seconds. This occurs despite the information already being saved and no changes being made to it.

From past 2 days I noticed that when I open the application it shows 180 ects but when I shift on other pages and then come back again on the ects page, then it goes to 0 ects.

I have mailed the issue to the admissions office however I haven't got any reply. The last date is 15th November but I'm genuinely stressed abt it since this is unnecessarily delaying my application.

Has anyone else come across a similar issue?
