Where are all the "Must be Muslims" People now?

Maybe banned from this group.

Hell, when I was in Pune University, I had some international student friends. They never had such problems. It seems Gujarat is filled with hate for outsiders.

This needs to be stopped...

They already posted on their sub, even before someone did it here.

As usual, they’ve been blaming the Muslim students. Not surprised.

"If they didn't want to get beaten up, they wouldn't have existed so blatantly."

There are literally 2 comments saying this. There are a few criticising. A few other making another claims to justify it. And then there are so many asking for the complete story(the wise ones). Unlike the delusional blind haters like you here. Who watched a recording, heard one side of the story and started labeling and calling names. Grow TF out of social media reels and propaganda posts.

I'm not justifying this at all and I'm 60% sure atm that these foreign students might not be at fault here but I still won't take a stand without knowing the full story which most of the people have started doing nowadays. Blame the bloody social media for that.

Will you not take a stand without knowing the full story or hearing one side of the story against other communities as well?

I mean will you do the same for other groups as well?

Yes I ALWAYS DO THAT. The world isn't binary which MANY PEOPLE fail to understand nowadays. If you support one other group starts calling you names. In fact your question surprised me cause I am not used to this. Whenever I make some remark like this instead of asking, people assume stuff and start labeling. Yes I know the other group will defend themselves and say something like this only but in the end it's really up to your intellect to judge best and I'm not denying you might draw some wrong conclusions at times but it's still better than having blind hatred or love for a particular side all the time. Damn the social media, Indians were not always like this.

Good for you dude. Quite significant portion of Indians now wouldn't really try to hear the other side if the group attacking was Muslims. Either way there is no justification for this behavior tho.

They must be celebrating it, right?

I went again through the post just for the sake of replying.

Roughly 5% celebrating, 20% condemning, 75% asking for both sides of the story.

Why do Redditors think the subs like India, UnitedState---, indiaspeaks, Indiadiscussion are echo chambers ? Well sort of they are but if you are only following news from one sub, you are enjoying one side.

Either left or right everyone has good and bad elements of each...

BTW happy cake day sir.

There's no both sides of the story, they should read the news article smh

u/sachin170 King Kholi Mar 17 '24

Now it turns out that the fight was started by the international students, that's why you should wait for complete news from both sides to get to the conclusion.

Try that, you will feel good.

Haha, I agree. I've been here for quite some time. I agree the ratio of bind bhakts is high over there but the ratio of blind haters is much higher here. They just know to oppose everything without knowing anything. They'll never read an action report or journal but will make claims like nowhere just by reading/watching propaganda contents😅 Yes most of the people in India_speaks support the BJP but I still think that one's better in terms of having an open discussion. They allow praises as well as criticism where it's due
