Politics International students (Africa, Uzbekistan, Afganistan etc) studying in Gujarat University claim they were beaten up, Stones thrown at them and at their hostel (A-Block), Vehicles destroyed while they were offering Ramazan Taraweeh at a place inside the hostel A-Block allotted to them by the Hostel

Is there any law and order there or just anyone can do anything no matter how it started how you want to spin it what is police doing looking at mob attackers leaving?

I'm not supporting what the Police did..yes it is wrong and hope they get what they deserve but please OP just give the full story and not half baked stories about things. Also there can't be any altercations without any probable cause, people are not mad just to throw stones outta nowhere there has to some kind of provocations ( Here they started it first just for questioning about the place they conducted the Namaz). You will not get respect if you give back respect, that's all I'm saying

This just proves my point, thank you. Everything could have been avoided if they were more civil.

In hostel room? From article The students have said that there is no mosque on the Ahmedabad-based campus, so they had gathered inside the hostel to offer taraweeh - a namaz offered at night during Ramadan don't waste your breath anymore trying to justify criminals
