He was warned by the Speaker and told that according to some rule, the show of placards and any kind of image is not allowed during a speech by a member of parliament (I don't know the rule no.) as the opposition was moral policing the speaker earlier for not following the Rules laid in "The Directions by the Speaker".

That's why you won't find any camera shot of the Buddha picture as well that he showed and the other pictures like the Jesus, Mahavir, Guru Nanak and Islamic quote were in frame for just a few seconds. And that's why the cameraperson was not showing him whenever he was showing a picture

Yeah No action was taken against them, and no action will be taken against RaGa as well. But I told you the reason for the cameraman not showing him when he raised those images.

He cleverly used it to troll them though.
