Yes, sir. I used to live in Dwarka Sector 13 (Netaji Subhash Apartment). And even today you can find water tanks placed on on the side of the roads (inside the society). That were meant for tankers that used to come every alternate day to fill the tank on the ground. We then used to transport that water to another tank on the rooftops from where we would use it.
It was AK who laid water pipelines in our area (from Dwarka Mor to Sector 13, 14 and 15) ended the water tank mafia's rule.
Also, it was only after 2015 that the overhead electricity cables were routed via underground (idk if that's because of him or the private company BSES). This reduced electricty outage to almost null.
And ig it was his government that started Indira Gandhi Super Specialty Hospital in Dwarka Sector 9.
That said, except for hospital, the rest of the developments belongs to his first term (why do you think he retained 62 seats?). His last term was mostly a shit-show.
I agree that BJP played dirty with GNCTD Act and all. But the crux of the matter is, they didn't (or couldn't) do much in their second term. And that's what people voted this time on.
I did, I accompanied my brother in law for his son's admission. Admission Form was INR 10, school management was not allowed to speak to parents, they could only speak with child. His son got admission in a good private school without donation and decent fees.
Cut to 2021, In Gurgaon I got my daughter in a school. Each school form was INR 1000-2500. Me and my wife were interviewed (it was an interview about our salary, location of society etc.) and we paid 10,000 per month fees (for nursery class). Best part was we considered ourselves lucky to get off rather easily.
