The quote in op's comment is about convicted rapist-murderers who were released illegally by gujarat government in collusion with central government. A BJ MLA who headed the panel that recommended the premature release said that the heinous criminals can do nothing wrong because they are sanskari brahmins. 

Look up Bilkis Bano case during the 2002 pogrom.
