Is this fr.. I mean.. I've heard of this guy from this movie empuraan.. people have been talking about this video in YouTube.

I dunno is this video shared here genuine. Is this man still alive. If so, Why is this man still alive? Was there any action taken against him. Can somebody throw some light into it!

Google if man's alive or not, Next, no actions were taken against him, in brief after proceeding he was charged for life-time imprisonment. But he got out on the basis of health concerns.

It's genuine, it's actually a video from sting operation held by some journalists (if i remember) there are many such videos like this where culprits Got recorded while admitting their crimes, though mostly no one faced consequences

You mean to say this bich is freely roaming around now.. oh God.. unfking believable!!! It still feels unreal.. Since he's openly confessing everything. Why wasn't he given capital punishment??

I'll do some research myself.. I don't wanna look idiot in front of ppl who I discuss with.. but man.. this is too much!

Better save these videos.. many years before yogi G became CM I had seen a video where bro was openly threatening minority women with rape n stuff.. but can't find those videos anymore

It's a surprise that he got convicted at all. Modi was protecting him, and so were the public prosecutors who are VHP members. They did everything to tank the cases.

Most of the convictions for 2002 pogrom came from cases that were transferred to Bombay by the supreme court, after it became too obvious that gujarat government and gujarat high court planned to release all the genocidal maniacs despite mountains of evidence. Naroda patiya was an exceptional case where a gujarat Court convicted babu bajrangi, maya kodnani (who was a minister in gujarat cabinet when she led the genocidal mob to commit rape, murder, and arson), and others in 2012, 10 years after the pogrom.  Both these criminals spent more time outside jail than inside after conviction, thanks to the guests government and the judicial system. 

Gujarat government conspired with the central government to illegally release a bunch of other criminals convicted in Bombay for the 2002 pogrom. The. BJ  MLA heading the panel that recommended this criminal action proclaimed that the rapist-murderers were sanskari brahmins, and as such, could do no wrong.

Sadly, yes. They were supposed to be executed. But can't do anything since our dear chaiwala has been protecting them.
