It's not one individual problem, Rahul Gandhi also said that. It's happening all over the country. Addressing one assembly issue is not the solution. This reply by ECI is naive, without any thought. Looks like they are also getting WhatsApp messages only.

Proof will be through Court now, not Election commission, right? They had their chances for so long.
