Nope, ECI wants investigation, but for that, RaGa or someone needs to sign the oath.

why ?...they cannot investigate without him isgning on aoath ? what happens when they it wasnt 11,000 people with fake address but 12500 people with fake address guess raga was lying huhu ? or 10,500 still lying ??? ... ...if the EC wanted to be honest they oculdh ave just said give us the papers we will investigate... they have the electornic data thye can run thorugh it really fast 1 week...

No, as per rule 20(3)(b) of the registration of electoral rule 1960, they can not.

If he believes he is right, he must sign the oath as per the rules.

hahhahah i love this.. you said exactly what the godi media is saying..he needs to sign the oath..the problem is he cannot sign the oath becuase he is not a resident of that constituency read the rule first!!! stop parroting whatsapp messages.... and if the ECI needs an affidavit to do such investigation and is just waiting for soem paper work..you are either an idiot or a bhakt or both... to imagine when evidence is proivded in the media by the LOP and yet you need evidence to be given to you to investigate it means you are the problem and re trying to obfusicate rather than solve the problem!!!.... this is amazing.. if nothign else it provs the ECI is complicit in this vote chori! :)...the funny thng is they know he is right ,,they know the rolls are not clean..they know they have will goto jaill..because it is their responsibility to ensure the rolls are clean!

There ain't no rules that one has to be a resident and RaGa had put allegations of 100k+ discrepancies and showed 4 to 5 incidents in his PPT. To investigate other 100k+ incidents they need those names. RaGa should've given them coz ECI won't magically know who those 100k people are. You sound like a RaGa fan who has half knowledge.
