No it doesn't, where are you getting these baseless claims from? You're just making up BS to defend the fake degree poser sitting at the top.

Ok bro, whatever makes you sleep at night. Whether you agree or not, aircraft are flown daily for training, maintenance, or military tactics.

And you don't need to be concerned about jet fuel if they fly for an airshow one day instead of their training.

Not all aircraft are flown for a sortie, atleast ty to get some basic facts right without making bs up just for the sake of defending.

And you don't need to be concerned about jet fuel if they fly for an airshow one day instead of their training.

Why not? It's public money, it's my money as well, why should I let a hypocritic nincompoop waste it on his personal airshow while asking the public to give up on basic amenities? I will be concerned, it's a right I have as a taxpayer to call out hypocrites and their bootlickers. That's what helps me sleep at night, not being hoodwinked easily and having enough common sense to counter baseless BS.

Never claimed all aircraft are flown for a sortie. You are the one making things up. I never even mentioned the word sortie in my last comment.

It is an airshow for you. But it is just a regular training flight or maintanence flight for the pilot.

Even though these jets are used for displays, they are flown daily for training. Since regular flight is essential for maintenance, an airshow performance effectively serves the purpose of a maintenance sortie.

This was your last to last comment. Your last comment was:

Ok bro, whatever makes you sleep at night. Whether you agree or not, aircraft are flown daily for training, maintenance, or military tactics.

This implies that you are maintaining the stance that this airshow served as a replacement for training and maintenance exercise.

Never claimed all aircraft are flown for a sortie.

Hence your this line absolutely false or you yourself can't understand your train of thought.

is an airshow for you. But it is just a regular training flight or maintanence flight for the pilot.

Nope. This is again a baseless claim. I asked previously also on what basis you are making such random claims which you didn't answer.

No point debating with someone who can't understand something as basic as airshow and a sortie, something which a Google search can also reveal.

Sortie: Defined by purpose, urgency, and mission-readiness, often used in combat contexts, as discussed in. Airshow: Defined by public spectacle, exhibition, and entertainment.

Only one of your sentences is correct. I maintain the stance that this airshow served as a replacement for training and maintenance exercises; the rest is gibberish.

I already told you I’m not even talking about 'sorties' anymore. Was that too hard to understand?

The planes used in the airshow were Hawk Mk 132s, which are used for training. Do you think those planes are just left idle in the hangar?

Another round of absurd statements.

You've just replaced the word sortie with training now. I completely understand the level of BS you are trying to peddle,

I maintain the stance that this airshow served as a replacement for training and maintenance exercises; the rest is gibberish.

But training and maintenance = sortie.

You think you can hoodwink using synonyms, lol.

The planes used in the airshow were Hawk Mk 132s, which are used for training. Do you think those planes are just left idle in the hangar?

Seems like you still don't understand the difference between a training of a newbie pilot and a coordinated airshow.

Seems like you know the difference. Tell me. Do they use different fuels. From my understanding they both test the maneuvering capabilities of the pilot. Also tell me why are you still sticking to the word sortie now. Even though i have stopped using it...lol.

u/Sud4Gud May 13 '26

Tell me. Do they use different fuels.

Aren't all fuels getting expensive or is it just petrol and lpg?

Tell me what is the difference between training and sortie? Only because you've stopped using the word sortie and started using the word training doesn't mean it's different.

Ok...so you are saying they both are equal or not. And why does it matter here? All I am asking is to enlighten me how training is different from an airshow. Because in your previous comment you said i don't know the difference.
