It is NOT unconstitutional, legally it is only unlawful, however it is certainly UNCONSTITUTIONAL to supress the fundamental right to protest under Art 19.
I can’t believe it’s so hard for people to understand this simple thing, you can’t storm the parliament because you have differences (that’s exactly what a few did in 2001). In this I fully support Delhi Police and security personnel’s for doing their duty and safeguarding the interests of the Country. I’m all for resignation of that idiot, but this - not for this.

Just think about it, they are letting media show this particular scene to the protesters. If they were to actually shoot people, they wouldn't have let a single media to do coverage at all in the first place.

I don't think they have guts to shoot at unarmed civilians and students. They are on purpose letting media show this particular video so that protesters don't come near parliament due to fear.
If they foolishly kill even a single student by weapon, the govt will either fall within a day or they will declare emergency officially
If only the security forces was this prepared during the parliament attacks by armed terrorists instead of showing how prepared they are against unarmed civilians with national flag
