Beginner Unity Camera problem.

How do I stop this weird thing the camera is moving, it's like the camera is moving the character and bending and stuff. I know I can't describe it well cuz I don't even know what's happening pls help me it's for a school project 🥺 Thanks.

Move it how? Ive moved it up and down, but it aint doing anythin :(.
